1-1 Programs:

This is highly customized 12 week program all laid out for you on an app so it's easy to follow. It tells you exactly what to do each day and how to do it with so much added support.

You will be given a detailed questionnaire to help me understand your current fitness level, how you want to workout, your goals, and your limitations to figure out how I can best help you meet all your needs. This is a thorough assessment that paints a picture of your life and goals to help me give you a clear path on how to actually get there. There is often so much missed, and I try to make sure its all factored in there.

Then you will submit a brief movement screen that shows me how you move and what exercises may be best for you. This can tell me why some exercises may be difficult for you, but also what may be better for your, or what you may need to get there.

From all the information I will create your program specifically for you.

Every single exercises is demonstrated and talked through like I am standing right there next to you. I point out what to look out for, what you should feel, and what you can do if you struggle.

You will be given app access where you will have your recovery routines, warm ups, workouts, and tips on how to manage movement throughout the day all designed specifically around your needs.

You will be given 2 way in app commutation with me for accountability, questions, adjustments, form checks, and check-ins. No more wondering "am I doing this right" you just send me a video and I give you feedback.

Your workouts will be progressed on a month by month basis not only on your goals, but how you are feeling in your workout.

If you need tailoring of your regimen for whatever reason (life gets in the way, some exercises don’t feel the best, or you just want to make something harder, you just let me know).

You also have the option to add on virtual or in person sessions based on your preference just so you have as much support you need.
