Participant understands THIS IS NOT Physical Therapy and Aissa McGuirl cannot treat or diagnose an injury outside of the state of Florida. Though you may see a reduction in general aches and pains through overall improved fitness levels. If significant injury is to arise, the client must be referred to a licensed physical therapist to treat injury. 

Client understands THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE and physician clearance is needed prior to starting the program if pregnant, postpartum, or suffering with any major condition that can be impacted by exercise.

 Intellectual Property Rights:

(a) The program content and materials are for Participant individual use only.Participant is not permitted or authorized to share, copy, sell, post, distribute, reproduce, duplicate, trade, resell, exploit, or otherwise disseminate any portion of the Program or Program materials, electronically, or otherwise, for business or commercial use, or in any other way without Coach’s prior written permission.

Personal Responsibility, Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk:

(a) Participant acknowledges that they take full responsibility for all decisions made before, during, and after services. Participant hereby accepts full responsibility for their choices, actions, and results before, during, and after this service. Participant knowingly assumes all of the risk of the program related to use, misuse, or non-use of the service or any of the service materials.Participant understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for their results.

(b)Participant hereby releases and hold harmless easamaria llc from any claims, demands and causes of action arising from my participation in this exercise program.

(c) Participant fully understands that they may injure themselves as a result of participation in this exercise program, and hereby release the Coach, from any liability now or in the future.Participant understand the risks inherent in exercise and accept responsibility for those risks.Participant  holds easamaria llc harmless for problems arising from, but not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, knee/lower back/foot injuries and any other illness, soreness or injury, however caused, occurring during or after my participation in this exercise program.

(d) The participant releases the Coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which theParticipant  ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Coach, arising from theParticipant's past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to the Service.

(e) THEParticipant  HEREBY WAIVES ANY CLAIM AGAINST, RELEASES AND HOLDS

HARMLESS, AISSA MCGUIRL AND EASAMARIA LLC , ITS COACHES OFFICERS,DIRECTORS, STAFF, AGENTS AND OWNERS FOR INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH NOT CAUSED BY WILLFUL AND WANTON ACTIONS OF ALL OF THE ABOVE PARTIES WHICH COULD CAUSE SUCH INJURY.
