This REVOLUTIONARY 12 Week Group Program follows the same plan as my 1-1 Holistic Fitness Coaching Program, but gives you more education and background so you can choose what feels best for you and you go at your own pace.

This helps you find the balance of looking your best and feeling your best, by addressing the root cause of why you haven't been able to achieve your goals in the past.

You will be brought through 6 Simple and Achievable phases over 12 Weeks:

Phase 1: This program educates you on how we as humans are supposed to move, then helps you assess your own individual difference, and shows you how to improve your core, mobility, and stability.  

Phase 2: Then we build you up utilizing all the skills you’ve learned: Learning to lift using your new found core strength, mobility, and stability. 

Phase 3-6: Are simple progressions over the 12 weeks so you get strong, gain more muscle, reduce body fat. As we are doing all that, we are improving your mobility and function so you reduce aches and pains in your body.

Who is this for?

 

This is for anyone struggling with the balance of aesthetics and health. Whether you are a busy moms, new to lifting, or have been booty building for years. 

You may be in a current program or not and you notice you do not feel the best in terms of aches and pains, but potentially other health conditions that can all seemingly be related. 

Or maybe you feel good right now, but you want to prevent injuries in the future and just improve your overall longevity. 

You might have struggled with lower back pain, hip pain, neck pain, headaches/migraines, constipation, and bloating, knee pain, upper back pain, anxiety, brain fog, pelvic floor symptoms, and or fatigue/exhaustion. or had past diagnosis of disc herniation, IBS, Fibromyalgia, arthritis, Meniscus tear, plantar fasciitis. All of which can happen if not utilizing your mechanics optimally and potentially over stressing the internal system.

Though this program is not designed to treat pain or any specific  diagnosis, you will likely find a lot of the symptoms you experience are related to your movement and lifestyle. This helps you address your base in a way you never have to influence multiple aspects of your body.

What are the results?

 

The goal is for you to look good and feel confident in your body, while optimizing current and long term health.

 

This program will help you to learn how to utilize your core properly in all different movement so that you are more stabile in your system which is important in health, but also have that smaller waist line which may be important to you in terms of aesthetics. 

 

With the proper use of you core, we are better able to help you target your glutes as they are supposed to be used, but also so you are better able to develop more muscle in that region. That may come with booty gains and a smaller waistline, without having back pain, hip pain, stiffness, anxiety, or headaches after their workout.

 

These core muscles also help to allow you neck and shoulder to function better to reduce aches and pain, but also get you upper body stronger so you can take on the day! You’ll feel strong during your workout, but still have the energy to take on you day afterwards whether that’s a day at the office or a day full of mom duties. 

 

All of this helps you to achieve your optimal body, but helps you feel you best throughout the day. In terms of reduced aches and pains, more energy, more strength, clarity in your head, and looking fire just gives you that extra boost of confidence.

About Me:

 My name is Aissa McGuirl. I am a physical therapist, pelvic floor PT, and strength and conditioning specialist. I've worked with all types of people young and old trying to accomplish all different types of goals: whether that's loosing weight, gaining more muscle, reducing pain, and/or preventing injuries.

 

Over my years of education, I’ve focused more on things I can do to prevent injuries, make people move better, and just function to their greatest capacity. I love the way I am able to make my body look and feel with movement and I love to educate others as well. I have to spread the wealth!
