Hi! My name is Dr. Aissa. Professionally, I am a Holistic Fitness and Nutrition Coach, Ortho-Pelvic Physical Therapist, Movement Expert, Speaker, and Author.

I treat various aches, pains, and pelvic floor conditions. I help and teach people how to transform their bodies and health by looking at their bodies as a whole.

Personally, I am a mom, I love food, I call myself an athlete, I'm a bit quirky, and I am OBSESSED with the human body.
